Trees’ social lives don’t stop there. Trees can actually communicate with one another by sending electrical signals among themselves, along with precious resources .

From learning to communicate to physically caring for each other, the secret lives of trees are wildly deep and complex.

Sometimes, pairs are so interconnected at the roots that when one tree dies, the other one dies, too.
