Do you feel alone or that no one is really listening? I offer a safe 1 to 1 confidential telephone/Skype/FaceTime audio session for you to express yourself authentically and feel listened to. As a professional listener I offer empathy,compassion, patience, unconditional positive regard and congruence. A Friendly Ear is a space where you will be encouraged to find your own way forward through reflection. I am a trainee counsellor and I have the required skills and training to be an active listener. I have been trained in the art and practice of attentive listening and specialise in providing a secure and nurturing space for you to grow. Confidentiality is key and the session will not be recorded in any form and I will not keep paper records. This is not a counselling or psychological evaluation service, there will be no diagnosis of your thoughts, it is not my job as a listener to provide answers but many can be revealed through this process. Expect me as your listener to laugh with you, feel for you and stand under your thoughts. Think of me your listener as a mirror who reflects a clearer version of you back to yourself. I offer a space for people to speak about anything that is on their mind in a 40 minute session.
I usually charge £20 a session but in these unusual times we find ourselves in while we remain in lockdown I am open to offers that people can afford. ❤
